Shipping policy

At There Elsewhere, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless by providing clear and reliable shipping options for both domestic and international orders.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
For orders within the United States, we offer three UPS shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times vary depending on the method selected, but please allow for unexpected delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once payment and delivery information are confirmed, your order will be shipped. Please note that we cannot modify the shipping address after the order has been dispatched.


International Shipping
For international customers, we offer the following UPS options:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • UPS Worldwide Saver
  • UPS Worldwide Express

Delivery times depend on the destination and are subject to customs processing and other local factors. Please be aware:

  • Shipping fees do not include duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local governments upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Refused packages will incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be processed after the returned items are received by There Elsewhere. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for International Orders
We accept returns on full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Final Sale items and purchases made during promotions cannot be returned. Items that fail to meet return standards will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

While we take care to ensure timely delivery, There Elsewhere is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you have concerns about a shipment, please contact us immediately.
