Orders & Shipping
All orders will be processed and
shipped within 3-4 business days. All orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Processing times do not account for delays caused by holidays, item availability, and payment verification.
Once your payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Tracking information will follow once your order is shipped.
All orders are fulfilled at our headquarters in Frogtown, Los Angeles.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be initiated via e-mail within 5
days of order receipt. Please send all requests to hello@thereelsewhere.com
All return/exchange items must be in unworn, unwashed
condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all products are
your liability until we receive them at our warehouse.
Once your return/exchange is approved, a return shipping
label will be sent via e-mail.
After receiving your return shipping label, all return or
exchange items must be sent within 5 days.
All sale items are final sale.
All items purchased with a discount code are final sale.
**Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not follow the conditions stated above.
For all domestic returns, a shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your total refund amount once the shipping label is used.
For all domestic exchanges, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Please note that each country may have additional import and customs charges that may apply.
Return shipping costs will be determined at the time of return/exchange approval.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
