Shipping & Order Processing
Orders are processed during our Los Angeles warehouse operating hours.
Orders placed after morning hours (PST) may ship the following business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed when our office reopens on the next business day.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping is handled by the carrier.
Please note that unexpected delays or issues may occur during transit, and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund
- We do not offer exchanges
If an item does not meet your expectations, it must be returned for a refund
Return Timeline

- Once a return label is issued, items must be shipped back within 5 days
- Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be denied

Domestic returns:
A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
(In exceptional cases, the return shipping fee may be higher) -
International returns:
Return shipping costs will be deducted based on the actual cost at the time of return
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Item Condition & Restocking Fee

- Returned items must be free of pet hair (dogs or cats)
- Returns received with pet hair will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund
Refund Processing

- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after the return is received and approved
